ImageKimberley Welsh, President,  has nearly twenty years of experience advising Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 multinational companies, including such companies as Chase Manhattan Bank, Chevron, Koch Industries, Westinghouse, McDonald's, Monsanto, Hoechst-Celanese, Public Service of Colorado, Cinergy and First Security Bank.  Kimberley began her career as a management consultant in the Information Systems Group of Booz-Allen & Hamilton, before joining CSC Index, the strategic consulting arm of Computer Sciences Corporation.  She has extensive experience in facilitating strategic solutions with client teams.  Kimberley received her MBA in Finance from Westminster College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and languages from Middlebury College.  She has spent the past four years placing students in global internships in India.

 

ImageNiels Andersen, Acting CFO, has over twenty five years of experience in the operation and management of financial and technology organizations.  In addition to management posts with ITT and Honeywell Andersen has been involved in 5 successful startups with two surpassing the 100 million dollar mark.  This career includes over 10 years of international management, sales and consulting experience in Europe and Asia Pac with META Group (METG), grown to 150M and sold to Gartner in 2005. Andersen received an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS from the State University of New York at Albany in Operations Management/Finance.

 

ImageMichael Labertew, Director of Business Development,  is the Managing Partner of the law firm of Labertew & Associates, LLC, which focuses its practice on counseling emerging companies throughout the U.S., Canada, Asia and Europe, in the areas of Business Planning, Business Reorganization, Commercial Litigation, International Business, Mergers and Acquisitions, Public Offerings, Securities, and Securities Litigation.  Michael received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Arts in English (Secondary Education) from the University of Iowa. 

 

 

 

ImageVinay Kumar, Program Director - India, specializes in leadership, team management, cross-cultural communication and diversity management and has conducted training programs for companies such  as Intel, Novell, Hewlett Packard, Ivega and Thomson Financial in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Before moving to India, where he is currently the Director of the ICMIS (the International Center for Management and India Studies), Vinay worked with the Centre for American Education in Dubai, and has worked as a trainer at The Management Institute in Manchester, New Hampshire, and for First NH Bank, New Hampshire.  He is the current chairman of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce - Karnataka Chapter, and holds an MBA in finance and a bachelors degree in management information systems.

 

Image Dr. Rajkumar S. Rao  - Academic Dean 
Dr. Rao  is the Academic Dean of ICMIS (International Center for Management and India Studies.)  He coordinates the academic instruction for India Leadership Development.  He has a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Bombay University and is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Bombay. Prior to his association with ICMIS, he served as faculty in the Department of Chemistry at St. Xavier's College for 23 years. He was the Vice-Principal at St. Xavier's for a tenure of slightly less than 6 years before he shifted base to Bangalore.

Jaya was National Head of ILFS Education & Technology Services, a pioneer in the use of ICT and e-learning in improving the quality of teaching and learning. Following this, Jaya headed the Resource Mobilization and Civil Partnership Cell of Naandi Foundation, a not-for-profit organization working in the areas of education, health and livelihoods. In her long and distinguished career, Jaya worked with ILI, UNICEF and was consultant with the Aga Khan Education Services.

He has been the MBA Director at Westminster College in Salt Lake and a strategic consultant for several Technology Associations.
