The initial focus has been on emerging Asian economies for which few or inadequate educational and internship programs exist and where tremendous business growth is occurring. Global management competencies include country-specific:
- Cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity training
- Team management, including collaboration and communication strategies

- lead monthly facilitated Global Productivity Project work sessions
IndiaInternships.com is the in-country fulfillment entity
- delivers India Business Studies
- provides transition support and counseling
- provides in-country support
